SHIPPING

Since we are based in Canada, we primarily ship through Canada Post and UPS in order to serve you guys best! Currently only shipping to Canada & USA. Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer Free Shipping over $100 for all orders within Canada & $150 within the US. Free Shipping is eligible for orders of a subtotal of $100-$150 or more (before taxes and after any discount codes). This is automatically applied during checkout if you qualify. 

 

When will my order Ship? 

Orders are packaged and processed within an average of 3-5 business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email with further information

Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. What is your Return Policy?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We allow customers to return or exchange items that are unused/unworn. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please download our Return Form here & include it with your returned items.

 Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the item(s) and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for refunds. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible if we do not receive your returned items. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can any sale items be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Merch by Chang accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as Visa Debit. We also offers electronic gift cards which can be purchased in the online store under "Products". These gift certificates can be redeemed at the checkout and make the perfect gift!

 

Where can I buy Merch by Chang Clothing?

At this time our clothing can be purchased in our online store with delivery anywhere in Canada or USA & we also offer local pick up (2 business day) in Halifax which you can select during checkout. 


I have a promotional discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a Merch by Chang promotional discount code, you can enter the code into the discount code box during the 2nd step of the checkout process. Please ensure that the promotional discount code successfully applies to your order and that the discount is taken off the price before completing your order.
